German-Japanese Networking Event “Germany: Your Gateway to Robotics & Automation Markets in Europe” on December 2,2025

The networking event, “Germany: Your Gateway to Robotics & Automation Markets in Europe,” hosted by Germany Trade & Invest and Saxony Trade & Invest, was held in Tokyo on December 2, 2025.

This event aimed to further strengthen ties and foster collaboration between Japanese and Saxon companies in the fields of robotics and automation.

Saxony is recognized as one of Europe’s foremost hubs for robotics and automation, hosting globally renowned companies such as Volkswagen, BMW, TSMC, and Global Foundries, alongside more than 340 specialized enterprises, research institutes, and innovative startups actively advancing next-generation technologies.

The event program featured insightful presentations on the latest market and technology trends in Germany and Saxony, followed by a networking reception with a buffet. This provided an excellent opportunity for Japanese companies to explore new business prospects, understand the pathways for entering the European market, and establish meaningful partnerships.

A total of 70 participants attended the event.
