Lucas Hüer

Lucas Hüer has been employed as a project manager at ECOS Consult since January 2023.

Between 2012 and 2017, he lived in the Netherlands, where he first completed his B.Sc. in International Business Administration at the University of Twente. His path then led him to the Rotterdam School of Management, where he earned an M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management. He then gained his first professional experience in Amsterdam as a recruitment strategist for the life science industry.

Since 2017, he has been working as a doctoral student and research assistant in the field of energy systems at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. In this context, an external PhD entitled "Sustainable Energy Systems Engineering" took place at the University of Osnabrück (Department of Economics), which he successfully completed in September 2022.

At ECOS Consult, he now contributes his knowledge from the previous management of various research and practical projects. In recent years, these have mainly dealt with the following topics: Emissions minimisation in the energy industry, sustainable logistics, hydrogen technologies for agriculture and hybrid value creation.
